Payment for stays less than 30 days
All rates are quoted in South African rands
A deposit of 50% secures your booking and the balance needs to be settled two weeks prior to your arrival.
Failure to settle the balance in full two weeks prior to your arrival cancells your booking.
Payment for stays of 30 days or more
A deposit of 50% of the first 30 days secures your booking and the balance of the first 30 days needs to be settled two weeks prior to your arrival. The remaining balance must always be settled 30 days in advance.
Check In/Check Out Times:
Check in is after 14h00, check out is 11h00
Damage and cancellations
Guest will be charged in full for any damages and breakages.
No verbal cancellations of reservations will be accepted
The deposit is 50% refundable if cancelled 30 days before the reservation date.
Premature departures may be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed.
Children
Children of all ages are very welcome at Cape Sound. A baby cot is available.
Pets
No pets allowed unless disgussed and agreed to by managment prior to arrival
